This coffee is the perfect blend of coffees from Central America. The blend has a kick and a bold flavor with tastes of chocolate, nuts and butter.  It is great ground and made into a true espresso OR as a unique dark roasted coffee for those who like to really taste the coffee in their cup.  Deep and rich flavored with a heavy body and remarkable balance.  Our boldest roast, inspired by the depth and drama of Lake Michigan itself.
